Mr. Comparin possesses an extensive knowledge of multi-state property tax laws and appeal procedures. Mr. Comparin's expertise enables him to save his clients money and increase the value of their properties by minimizing their property-tax burden.

Education and Credentials

Mr. Comparin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant, Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Affiliations

Mr. Comparin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP). Mr. Comparin has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and to the National Apartment Association (NAA). He is also a member of the Institute Real Estate Management (IREM), the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (IPT), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
