Mark Wood, Senior Vice President with Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, has over twenty five years of valuation and consulting experience encompassing a diverse group of real estate and business personal property. Mr. Wood has represented properties in all major metropolitan areas of Texas including Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Mr. Wood has extensive experience in South Texas having worked as a consultant while living in Houston for ten years. Mr. Wood has also worked in Arizona, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, and all New England states.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Alliance Tax Advisors, Mr. Wood served as Branch Manager and Senior Consultant with a national property tax consulting firm. He began working as a consultant with the firm in 1984, and launched their Houston office in 1989, successfully managing it for ten years before relocating to the Dallas headquarters. Assisting clients during Houston's dramatic real estate cycles has given Mr. Wood a unique insight into the needs of the institutional investor. His depth of experience with a wide variety of property types also makes him a valuable point person for management teams dealing with varied portfolios.

Education and Credentials

Mr. Wood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Texas State University with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. He is also a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas and licensed in Arizona.
