Mary Murphy, an associate of Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, began working in the ad valorem tax industry in 1998 and has worked with an array of commercial property types for both regional and national clients. Her main focus relates to property tax issues over the Southeastern United States.  She possesses extensive knowledge of multi-state property tax laws and appeal procedures.

Ms. Murphy’s extensive experience enables her to work closely with ATA’s various clients, assisting them with their real estate and personal property tax issues.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Alliance Tax Advisors, Ms. Murphy served in the Atlanta regional office of Burr Wolff, L.P.  Her responsibilities included such duties as: assisting with filing real and personal property returns; filing property tax appeals in numerous states throughout the United States; record maintenance; and tax bill administration.

Education and Credentials

Ms. Murphy attended Dekalb College in Atlanta, GA with a focus on Business Administration.
