Area of Service A founding partner of Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, Mike Fritz has over 20 years of valuation and consulting experience in real estate and business personal property. Mr. Fritz possesses an extensive working knowledge of multi-state property tax laws and appeal procedures. Mr. Fritz has performed appraisal and/or property tax representation in over 20 states and has assisted with property tax litigation in California, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia. Education and Credentials Mr. Fritz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University with concentrations in Marketing and Economics. He is also a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas and Arizona, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. Affiliations Mr. Fritz is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP), and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). |
