Melinda Loredo, an associate of Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, has over ten years experience in the ad valorem tax industry.  Ms. Loredo has worked with an array of commercial property types for local and national clients.  She possesses extensive knowledge of multi-state property tax laws and appeal procedures

Ms. Loredo’s extensive experience in various segments of the real estate industry, enables her to work closely with ATA’s various clients, assisting them with their real estate and personal property tax issues.

Education and Credentials

Ms. Loredo holds an Associates Degree in Real Estate from North Lake College.  She is a licensed property tax consultant in the state of Texas.  As a licensed property tax consultant, Ms. Loredo has attended several continuing education classes related to property valuation and property tax matters.
