Area of Service Julie Mills, an associate of Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, has over 10 years experience in the ad valorem tax industry. Ms. Mills has worked with an array of commercial property types for local and national clients. She possesses extensive knowledge of multi-state property tax laws and appeal procedures. Ms. Mills’ extensive experience in various segments of the real estate industry enables her to work closely with ATA’s clients, assisting them with their real estate and personal property tax issues. Education and Credentials Ms. Mills attended North Lake College. She is a licensed property tax consultant in the state of Texas. As a licensed property tax consultant, Ms. Mills has attended numerous continuing education classes related to property valuation and property tax matters.
