Jim Foster, Vice President with Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, has over twenty five years of ad valorem tax experience spanning a wide array of real estate. Mr. Foster has worked with all categories of income producing properties including multifamily, industrial, retail, office and hospitality.

Education and Credentials

Mr. Foster attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He has successfully completed numerous courses with the Board of Tax Professional Examiners, Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and the International Association of Assessing Officers. He is also a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant and a licensed Realtor in Texas.
