Expertise & Experience

Over 20 years of real estate appraisal and property taxation experience. Served as a commercial real estate appraiser, has worked in public accounting working for a national property tax group, and held the position of vice president in corporate property tax management. Has in-depth experience managing all property tax functions for a national multifamily Real Estate Investment Trust that had over 80,000 units in 24 states and 47 markets with a property tax liability of over $70 million.

Education & Credentials

Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and has taken numerous appraisal classes from the Appraisal Institute and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
