Specializes in property tax appeal and consulting services for corporate and investment grade real estate. Possesses extensive knowledge of valuation theory and techniques, and has experience with possessory interest, and functional and economic obsolescence.

Education & Credentials

Earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Southwest Texas State University. A Licensed Property Tax Consultant, a commercial Real Estate Broker and a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Qualified as an expert in State and Federal Court regarding real estate matters.
