Dane Lacey, Vice President with Alliance Tax Advisors, has over eighteen years experience in the ad valorem tax industry. With an emphasis on both real and personal property consulting and valuation, he has worked on all types of income-producing properties and has extensive multi-state representation experience.

Education and Credentials

Mr. Lacey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Tech University. Additionally, he has successfully completed various courses with the State Property Tax Board, Appraisal Institute, and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. He is a registered Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas and a registered Property Tax Agent in Arizona. Mr. Lacey has received the designation of Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). A mark of distinction, his membership represents the highest level of professional achievement in business property taxation.
