Area of Service Charlotte Temple, an associate of Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, has over 20 years experience in the ad valorem tax industry. Ms. Temple has worked with an array of commercial property types for local and national clients. She possesses extensive knowledge of multi-state property tax laws and appeal procedures. Ms. Temple’s extensive experience in various segments of the real estate industry, enables her to work closely with ATA’s various clients, assisting them with their real estate and personal property tax issues. Education and Credentials Ms. Temple attended East Texas State University, and is a licensed property tax consultant in the state of Texas. As a licensed property tax consultant, Ms. Temple has attended several continuing education classes related to property valuation and property tax matters. Affiliations Ms. Temple is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP). |
