Bill O'Quinn, Vice President with Alliance Tax Advisors, LLC, has over twenty years of valuation and consulting experience in real estate and business personal property. Mr. O'Quinn possesses an extensive working knowledge of multi-state property tax laws and appeal procedures. He has represented a diverse group of property owners and provided property tax representation throughout the United States.

Education and Credentials

Mr. O’Quinn earned a Bachelor of Science in General Business with a concentration in Management and Finance from the University Of Texas at Austin. He has successfully completed numerous courses with the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Institute, and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). Mr. O’Quinn is a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant in the state of Texas.

Mr. O’Quinn has been designated a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). A mark of distinction, this designation represents the highest level of professional achievement in business property taxation.
